Vegan Caramel Apples
1/4 cup dates
2 Tb melted coconut oil
Water, as needed
(Blend well in food processor)
Handful Tb vegan chocolate chips
2-3 Tb raw agave
2Tb melted coconut oil
(Melt down well in a sauce pan)
Blend dates with coconut oil, cinnamon, salt and water to get a smooth, thick consistency.
1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
Cover the apples completely with the “caramel” then stick on marshmallows. Drizzle with chocolate and then enjoy!
